Since 2005, Model Concepts, LLC has designed and consulted over 550+ projects across the country and internationally for homeowners, builders, businesses and developers.

We have designed high-end restaurants, cocktail bars, dive bars, and wine bistros...most of our designs are voted as the locals favorites.

Some of our projects have included music studios, churches, high-rise luxury condo buildings, historic renovations, shopping plazas, gas stations, fitness centers, penthouses in Jerusalem...you name it, we have probably designed it or worked on it.

We have also designed over 300+ custom homes, additions, renovations, garages, ADU's, guest houses, and pool houses over the years.  Our residential projects have ranged from 20,000+ square foot custom homes...to simple kitchen or bath renovations.  Many of our projects have won design awards.
